Monday Motivation

A new week starts and you feel overwhelmed by your to-do list? Looking at the whole can be discouraging and you start to think, "How will I ever get this all done?!?"

Try breaking up your tasks into smaller increments: work on one task for 15 minutes at the time, answer 3 emails, clean one section of a room, weed one row of the garden....

Your to-do list won't seem so overwhelming and you'll have a feeling of accomplishment when each increment is finished!
